They went 4-8 last year, just 1 conference win. Their o/u this year is 5.5. They just got by an FCS team in their opener. The only thing Deion has shown is that he can win at an HBCU by amassing a huge talent advantage. He has not shown a great ability to recruit at a P4 level. His gameday coaching leaves a lot to be desired. He certainly doesn't seem to be a great culture builder. All he is good for at this level is generating a media circus. CU needed the attention, nobody cared about their program. FSU doesn't have that problem.

CU is the biggest job Prime will ever have as HC. He will leave soon after his kids are gone, likely just in time to avoid being fired because the on field results never come around.

Sounds like you’ve been working on this diatribe for awhile. Jesus man.

I didn't see any of LSU's game but it looks like Nicholls hung with them a long time.

I wonder if Deion is the first call for FSU?

His kids are both seniors. Shadeur is 22, Shiloh is 24.

I’ve wondered if he keeps coaching at all once they leave. And can he build something from the ground up and sustain it? I wouldn’t call CU a beacon of strong culture at this point
No chance. Deion's current trajectory is out of the coaching ranks altogether, before ascending anywhere.

BK with an unimpressive start to the season.

A sneaky one might be DeBoer. He won't get fired this year, but if he goes 9-3 this year he better hope to hell he doesn't lose 3 games next year (or has an amazing recruiting class coming in)

Way up there
USC threw crazy money at Riley, that was before they were getting b1g money, the next guy will be the highest paid coach in the country. Between them and OU, there will be some huge paydays.

He better make the playoffs or he’s cooked. Never easy to follow a legend. But, he may prefer the buyout rather than deal with that fan base.

I wonder if they would go after Campbell again?
