Pass disabled

My brother sent me tickets for tomorrow’s game. They are showing up in my Cyclone app, but when I added them to my Apple wallet, they say Pass Disabled. This happened a couple weeks ago and they would not read at the gate. Has anyone else run into this, and if so, how did you fix it?

You either got screwed or Ticketmaster is being Ticketmaster and you will be fine in the morning.

I had this happen this week with my Ticketmaster tickets as well. I called the cyclone ticket office. They told me as long as in the Ticketmaster/cyclone app, the blue bar is moving across the face of your barcode, you can use your Ticketmaster/cyclone app to enter the game. I am counting on this solution because I could never get my tickets to add to my Apple wallet without the ”disabled” message.

I also received the same response to an email I sent to Ticketmaster. Good luck to both of us!

Try using the Ticketmaster app

Last year it was implied that you are old if you cant figure it out. Sorry.

Exact same thing happened to me. Ticket office has been responsive via email tonight.

This was their response:

I would suggest utilizing the barcode for the football game tomorrow. We do have a fix but likely will not be completed by tomorrow. If you run into any difficulties pulling your tickets up, please stop by our office. We open at 2:30 PM tomorrow and are located on the North side of Jack Trice Stadium inside the Jacobson Building.
