Looks like he is getting looked at by all of those schools. Probably just take one of them to offer and the rest will follow suit.
Already a senior, but doesn't even have a recruiting profile on 247 and doesn't hold any offers from any schools per On3. Looks like they just listed schools that are close-ish to DSM, but it doesn't look like any have expressed interest. Someone will probably give him a PWO, but that's probably his best case scenario.

I think if you can get him as a PWO you do that. He's pretty intriguing to me because he does a lot of things that are at least somewhat competition independent. He's got good size and average speed at least but it looks like he has really good vision and feel too. He will change gears in traffic a little, press a little and then bounce out, wait for blocking just a lot of things RBs need but often don't develop all that well.

As someone who attended DSM Lincoln, I assumed the thread title was a typo.

Some of the lack of recruiting is being at Lincoln. There probably are some decent players that slip through the cracks.

Though a quick check on last years track times, and he ran a 11.45 100. If he is going to get offered, he's probably going to have to get a good documented 40 time at a camp or something or put up a lot better 100 time in track. And by the time track rolls around as a Senior, that's awfully late in the game.

Agree with this. I hate to say it, but some of this is just way too common in the metro. These kids have hardly any support.

If he grew up in Altoona, Ankeny, Johnston or Waukee, I’m guessing things would be a lot different.
