KState has been outscored 59-31 since the moment Tang lost his damn mind and went after TJ.

Generally when coaches lose their ****, it's meant to inspire their teams - not get nearly doubled up over the next 28 minutes of on court time.

So if we're really going to game this out, wouldn't it just be much smarter to hang a high

It's really ironic the difference between the two coaches and their relationship to their respective universities couldn't be more stark:

TJ- This is his dream job. A place where he has spent literally half his life and almost his entire professional career. His adoptive home. It's where he met his wife, and he has forged lifelong bonds with just about anyone who is anyone in the ISU sphere of influence. His boss is just as much a personal friend as much as anything else.

(Absolutely ZERO chance he allows anyone even REMOTELY affiliated with his program to do anything approaching cheating, or anything else that would tarnish ISU's reputation. It could and probably would make him a pariah to just about every meaniful Iowa State relationship he has. I don't expect people on the outside to understand that on their own, but knowing what we know, it's just about the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard on its face.)

Tang- this is just a job. (A new one in an unfamiliar place he has no personal connection to, with middling prestige and resources at that.)
Good post! I'm sure others have mentioned this in passing, but it needs to be highlighted again. Does anyone really think TJ would cheat on anything, let alone something like what certain KSU fans or coaches allege? It's totally absurd.

Seth Davis just hinted KSU and Tang will owe TJ and ISU an apology.

Yeah, KSU fans aren't going to like the take from the three talking heads. Implication is they just wilted in the environment, which I think they did. Nice to hear them quoting Pollard.

Will be interesting to see if KSU does anything official or just keeps up their behind the scenes rumor mongering social media war using proxies like reporters and fan page talking heads. Guessing they just want it to all go away now that everyone outside of KSU is thinking this is silly.
