Better get a YouTube link ready for king’s fifth foul that was even worse than Milan’s slip in that it took away a basket and fouled out a player.
I laughed when I saw that replay. Two KSU players just ran into each other. King had an inside position and just sealed them off with his backside. Horrible call.

I saw a surprising number of Iowa fans enjoying the K-State tears on Twitter, too. The whole state of Iowa vs the whole state of Kansas has become wonderfully heated.

Also, I'm sorry to do this, but *Otz.
I saw a lot of KU fans on Twitter backing us and talking about how weird Tang is and their cult fanbase is over him. It really is like they are Tang fans more so than their team.

They aren’t referred to as KSU by themselves…it’s “Jerome Tang’s Wildcats”.

Apparently Tang being the softest coach in the league has impacted their fans

It'll be a tough one for sure, but they threw up a lot of garbage 3's tonight that went in and they still lost by 10. I like our chances in Manhattan as much as any other road game we have left.
The threes that went in during the second half run were all good looks, except maybe the last one which i didn't see
The first half ones were garbage, which is why they were 1/8

Does anyone have the replay from the other angle of this KSU flop that was the worst thing that happened in the game? You can see it here but the replay they showed on the broadcast from the opposite view was 10x worse looking. It actually impacted the game a lot more than the blown call where Milan slipped (which KSU seems to think is the only bad call along with the elbow).

That was not a blown call, he was clearly tripped.

Kansas couldn't decided which side it was on during (and really before... sort of had a half-remembered prequel of the conflict down there for about six years) the Civil War.

Meanwhile, Iowa boys marched with General Sherman to the sea.

They had a few good looks, but all the 2nd half shots weren't good looks. One of Kaluma's shot was 6 ft behind the arc and another by Cam Carter was a pretty wild step back. They were 6/8 in the 2nd half at one point which is a big reason they were able to get back into the game in the first place.
