Of course I'm nervous, it's big 12 basketball and Iowa St, but computers don't care about feelings. Kst is like #50, and Iowa St was 9th before today.

Today's win by Iowa St was a pretty big upset. K St's chances Wednesday, are similar to what Iowa St's were today. So can KSt win? Yes, but it would be a pretty decent upset.
We’ll need Lipsey back. You can’t depend on Gilbert and Jones to have games like that against ksu. And you can’t count on 27 turnovers against them either.

Yep. I questioned why TJ had him out there down the stretch instead of Tre King, especially on offense, but proved me wrong. He was crucial.
Considering Tre is a very good FT shooter, I also thought he'd be in late, in place of RJones/Ward.
NOCREATIVITY
I didn't expect to hear from them, since it was a win. But I guess there's always something to ***** about.

I would have rather had Tamin for today's game, than Wednesday at home vs K St. I still think TCU is a better team than KSt, and the Hilton advantage will be big, especially if we still don't have Tamin.

Yes, you can never count on the opponent turning out over 27 times, but I expect Iowa St to rebound better Wednesday, and hopefully get more free throws. And honestly, they should be able to shoot better in Hilton too. 47%/33%/62% today was just enough.

Getting so tired of blaming the coaches when the team doesn't perform the way someone thinks they should. We played some of our worst ball against BYU, and then, in our very next game, come into TCU's home court and - without our starting PG - beat the 19th ranked team in the country. I really don't care how they did it. We won. Well done players and well done coaches. TJ has this team so far ahead of where people expected a year and a half ago.
Not to worry, the next loss or the next 'bad' stretch, the naysayers will be out, complainig how TJ does doesn't do this or didn't do that.

Count on it.

Weird you didn't pull up my other post where I admit I was wrong.

Still doesn't change the fact it was the best game I've seen them play in 3 years under TJ considering the circumstances and they still almost choked it away.

How many games have you watched? Haven't you been on here saying you don't watch games?

When people talk about almost “choking this game away” remind them that TCU made a run after half to get it to 11 and ISU responded to get up by 19, then TCU got it to 10, and ISU built it up to the 15 and held them at arms length until it would have taken almost perfect play and luck for TCU to win. If they would have really choked, TCU wouldn’t have needed ISU to miss free throws and hit a last second uncontested 3 to lose by 1

I actually thought before the tip, Iowa State would come out on top. I had the vibe we’d drop that one in Provo, Utah when the game came out on the schedule. I think we paste Kansas State next Tuesday. Question, that game on ESPN 2 anybody can confirm?

Yeah I get you. But it's like I still don't understand how a five star is a work in progress.
