Why did we change, it appeared we had just as many access points "gates" and entrance people as last year, at least on the north and east entrances, where a lot of the problems occurred.The problem is that it’s new. Plenty of stadiums switched over years before and had issues as well. Now they are ironed out and running smooth. If you want to work it and show everyone how it’s done, I’m sure they’d love to have you.
Edit: so heard the personnel issue, so does it take less manpower to man a scanner that those handheld devices they used last year, with barcodes, printed tickets etc. etc.
And do handheld devices process fans faster than scanners, thus allowing given personnel to enter more fans than scanners/turnstiles can achieve?
