The cure for an ear worm is to listen to the entire song. YouTube is very helpful for that.

I hear you are singing a song of the past; I see no tears.

Everytime I finally chase this thing out of my head Mrs. Velo plays it again. :(

I heard this song yesterday while driving between Atlanta and Charlotte. Yesterday. I woke up with it still stuck in my head. I showered, got dressed, went to the hotel lobby, got coffee, drove to the office, still stuck in my head. I open CF first thing like I always do and see the thread title and think "I've got to post this song!" Happy/saddened to see that it's not just me. Make it stop...

this whole soundtrack has been stuck in my head the past two days. One of the greatest movies ever.

Judah & the Lion - Take It All Back, head is filled with that banjo, mandolin and repetitive refrain.

I swear it will be on the radio when I get into Das Audi in a few minutes to drive to LifeTime. Song is following me, man.

Every time I got into my car for a short drive this week it seemed that Miley Cyrus's Flowers was playing. Now it's freakin' stuck in my head. I mean it is not a bad little easy listening pop song but, damn, not a great earworm.

It's back. I swear I can't get in the car for a 15 drive without hearing it. Now it's in my head again.

Worse though is local station I used to like keeps playing some country guys cover of Tracy Chapman's Fast Car. Don't get. He sings it just like Chapman, singing the woman's part which is just weird and annoying as hell. Jeez at least change the lyrics to the guys part like "...speed so fast, felt like we were drunk" or "...you'll get job as a checkout girl"
