Texas can lose every game after nearly destroying the Big 12 yet again. Might as well start it today to get a tournament championship for the ladies!

We’ve beaten UT without Soares, so the gals know how to do it! Cyclones played a good game against UT in Ames, shooting 49% from the field and 53% from 3 point land (only 15 shots). However, the gals uncharacteristically shot 11-20 from the charity stripe, so there’s something we can expect to improve upon. You’ve got this - Let’s Go State!

Postscript - Fritz continues making fantastic plays when we most need them and Izzy builds on yesterday’s defense to offset their massive size advantage!

Charlie Crème says we can’t do better than a five seed. Let’s give the selection committee something to consider! Horns down!

Attack is the name of the game…
Against OU, Emily had success attacking the lane and kicking to the open shooter when the defense collapsed to stop her. Rori Harmon is adept at redirecting and drawing charges - some, including me, would opine she gets away with way too much contact. The winner of this duel will have a major impact on the outcome - go State!

Loved how we matched the physicality of the horns esp in the 4th quarter in Ames. If they aren’t calling things closely, we need to take advantage. Hoping the shots are falling and the crowd will follow. Best chance at a title in a while

So far the officials have sucked in the tourney. Yesterdays game was the best officiated and that’s not saying much. We need to have officials who will call what Texas is doing. If they don’t it could get ugly physicality wise
