Here's the thing....when you don't have shooters (and we don't), the bad games are going to look VERY ******* BAD. Last year, I always said I wasn't sure how in the hell they were winning games, but they did. So for a normal shooting team, this game would maybe 14 points down and it wouldn't seem so awful. Plus, I'm not sure this team is capable of making up 20 points.

He missed a bunny to start the game.....all downhill after that. It reminded me of fritz last night missing those two free throws right out of the gate in the third quarter....just a downward spiral of lack of confidence after that.
Gabe is laying bricks. Quit letting him shoot. Give king a chance if Gabe is gonna play like this. At least king can make shots
Basically spotted them 20 while playing horrible on both ends, and then played even with them for the rest of the half while still playing horrible on both ends. I think TJ will have their attention at halftime.

I did watch last year! I watched a team that won two games the year before go to the sweet 16 and go undefeated in nonconference. What'd you watch?
It’s halftime and we still got this. We only need to score 250% of our typical second half points and keep them to 25% of theirs.
Watching this game with headphones on, the "THUD" sound on that brick by Gabe made me flinch.
TJ clearly does not seem to be an ass chewer. I think that it would be warranted this half time, though.
They’ve only made 3 more field goals than us and are up by 20. Now there’s a stat for you.
Maybe the wort we could play and maybe thje best Iowa could play w/o Kris. They are trending down on 3, only at 50% now and 52% overall compared to 68% earlier. We need to somehow get their buttholes puckering. They are too loose right now.
Give the Minnesota kid a shot at Gabe's spot. He's probably a better shooter.
Our chance to make a run was in the last ten minutes of the half. We didn't take advantage. Iowa will come out of the gate and push this back closer to 30 as we continue to struggle to shoot/ score
