54-point swing between the two games.

CU 79-59; Villanova 75-41.

I don't know what the record is for in-conference round robin, but that's gotta be in outlier category.

That's a Johnny Orr type of discrepancy. We'd smoke teams at Hilton, and then get murdered on the road.

Way up there
Does Tech have any of their players back? We need them to take out Kansas.

Idk but before our game, when the announced Shannon wouldn't play, that Adams was quoted:

"He's getting close, he's doing his best working like Mylik (Wilson) daily — just going through his rehab," Texas Tech coach Mark Adams said of Shannon on Monday before the team traveled to Ames on Tuesday. "I think he's a guy that he will not be ready for the Iowa State game.

"But, possibly, he's ready for Baylor."

They play Baylor Tuesday.

Texas - OSU is the only intriguing matchup so far. Been a great game.

After it’s over I’ll probably watch NFL until our game starts.

Yes!

A few random examples:
1989 Kansas L 127-82, W 97-89* (53-point swing)
1983 KSU L 81-55, W 59-40 (45-point swing)
1988 Missouri L 119-93, W 102-89 (39-point swing)
This was Floyd, but was "leftover Johnny team" …
1995 Colorado L 71-57, W 108-68 (54-point swing)
* Not exactly “smoked at Hilton,” but differential is major
