Super proud of this team.

But can we all agree on that?

I was prepared to be humbled today, but these guys belong. If we're merely bad from three instead of abysmal, we're pushing Baylor to the limit. I'm not ready to concede that we aren't top ten.

We're not going to win today, but we proved the 12-0 start wasn't a fluke. We were never going to run this first part of the schedule 6-0, and this was almost a guaranteed loss. Yet this was not easy for Baylor at all. I think we're going to gain a lot of credibility nationally even with a loss here.

Last year, Baylor could pace themselves against us, try for a few minutes at a time, and keep a comfortable distance.
Not this time.

Because our coach is an idiot I guess. I mean he has had 12 games to tune this team and they still can't beat someone like Baylor at home? Inexcusable

Human nature I think. Sad but just something we have to put up with. It's a repeating phenomenon unfortunately.

Re watch the game. Now that you know the outcome, only watch Gabe and then tell me he was good on defense today. He wasn’t. He was bad on both ends of the floor and cost this team. I’m not denying his effort. He gave 100%, but he was atrocious today. Hopefully he bounces back next game.

I don't need to rewatch the game. I am not going to try to change your perspective, you will feel better if you can blame someone I suppose. Is it his best game, no but his hustle and position is critical to the team defense. I am not going to suggest I know more that TJ about who could have played better but you probably have insight I don't.

Shoot better than **** from 3, and we win this by double digits. Lost by 5 to the #1 team in the country instead. I'm bummed, but get that issue fixed, and we should be pretty damn good.

Why? Because we lost to the defending national champions and #1 team in the nation by 5 points? If anything I think as of now we should still be in the conversation for top 10.

Losing by 5 to #1 Baylor when we couldn't shoot, hitting 1-14 from three, and missing several free throws. Bummer but I can't be upset. Hit one three and hit two free throws and and who knows.

If nothing else, this cemented that we truly are a good team. Just need a couple others to hit some shots.
