If you could take 1 former Cyclone and add them to the current roster, who would you choose and why?

Fizer, Niang, or Royce would be the best fits obviously. I selfishly might choose Deonte Burton just cause I miss watching him throw down some sick dunks
Ooh yeah Burton would be interesting! Under prohm he was good at getting steals and rotating to block shots. Imagine him with TJ’s coaching to really unlock his potential and use him to his best offensively and defensively

Cato gets my vote, with Fizer right behind him.

But, I also think it'd be really fun to see Rahshon Clark as a small 4 with this team. He would have been great at this ballhawking defense and would have averaged 10+ points on follow-up dunks since this team can't make a bunny!

I wasn't really around for Cato. What does he bring?

Other than Fizer, I'd say Georges just because of the ability to get a bucket at the rim and shoot the 3.

Grayer overlaps with Brockington too much. Fizer gives you instant foul trouble for the other team which is why I'd put him at #1.

Tinsley, Kane and Morris would help any backcourt but the team needs paint scoring and 3 point shooting more than ball handling, defense and passing. This team is already elite on perimeter D, we're complaining about games where our opponents don't break 40.

Fizer would best fit the rugged, defensive-minded identity of this squad. Georges - at least college version - wouldn't fit well with the amoeba defense.

He could just hang out around the rim and score. We need scoring in the paint. Other than Fizer who is better at that? I'd say Fizer the easy first pick but struggle to find a better #2 choice.

Grayer and Ejim overlap too much with what Brockington is already doing. Hard for me to think of anyone else I'd want scoring at the rim beyond who I just mentioned.

Outside the box choice could be Tyrus McGee. Even though I don't think we need backcourt help, I think he's probably the best pure 3pt shooter we've had and most capable of snapping a team out of a scoring draught...Georges wouldn't be far behind him on that shooting list though.
