Redshirt Freshman QB and they let it fly, awful attempt at coaching for ISU this game. Came in thinking they were going to walk out with an easy W, looks like Texas Tech is going to hang 50+ on us. Looks like Baylor and West Virginia all over again, need to play to win every down not wait for 2nd half adjustments.

I mean a QB with no film on a revamped team vs. a team (ISU) that's been basically just OK isn't that surprising.

Of all the issues - yes, the defense has come up short but I'd say Heacock is still the coach I fear leaving the most - as we have been by far generally stronger on defense in his tenure than just about anytime in recent memory.
