Totally agree, it's all a big unknown. I just don't see a situation where the B1G is going to expand in a way where it works with the Pac and ACC to make sure everything is equitable and everyone is happy. If it's going to be better for the B1G coffers to go after USC, Oregon, UCLA, Washington, I don't think they're going to not do that just so it can to grow in sync with the Pac and ACC.
The University Presidents and ADs need to sit down and hammer this damn thing out with the below items in mind:
1.) Split from the NCAA. There will be more money for everyone involved.
2.) It won't be good for the sport to alienate dozens of fanbases and millions of fans around the country. Form a 64ish team super league and hire a commisioner.
3.) Figure out the profit sharing. Pretty damn clear we can all agree Iowa State doesn't currently deserve the same piece of the pie as Texas. Vanderbilt shouldn't be earning the same revenue as Bama. We got it. Figure out the profit sharing to keep all parties happy and form an agreement to reevaluate on an ongoing basis.
It truly shouldn't be that hard. Figure it out!
