I wonder if Ramey probably coming back affects Askew's decision going forward at all? When he committed to Texas, I am guessing the thought he would be in for more playing time. Now it looks like he will be relegated to the bench behind Jones Ramey and Febres. Kind of surprised Ramey and Jones wanted to come back together because they are the two that got into a fight on the bench last year.

I think the key for Texas is getting Sims back. Without him their interior defensive presence is pretty bad. Seems like that could go either way. Right now their starting lineup is Jones, Ramey, Allen, Bishop and Disu.

They way I read his comments it is basically saying I am either going pro or coming back to Texas (not any other school).

Won't miss him. Averaged 1.9 a game, but I wonder how little it would have been had he not lit us up in one of our games

I'd be surprised if Nembhard came back from what I've read. Samuel I'm not sure on. He didn't have as good of year as Nembhard did, which you'd think would be more reason to come back. But who knows. Both of them did graduate this year, so I wouldn't be surprised to see them both leave.
