Anyone else hearing that JP has already decided Prohm is coming back?

Plus his whole staff has either Iowa or midwest ties. He’s only making 2.8 million this year, which is a lot lower than I thought it was.

His salary will be $3.225 million in 2020-21, $3.525 million in 2021-22 and $3.775 million annually from 2022-23 through 2025-26.

He’s from the Midwest and old. He may want to get back here.
When you're old, you don't want to get back to the midwest winters, you wanna get TF out. First hand knowledge, and myriad sources if you need.

Have we ever had a coach leave the program in such bad shape?

I remember the Larry firing and Morgan hiring and even through that whole cluster we weren't in as bad shape as we are now....

I was never sure of how the Prohm era would go.... I didn't think it would be this rough

Different buyouts for each. Shows Fred wants to leave D-1 for NBA. Fred has no NBA opportunities. Why didn’t Fred negotiate a smaller buyout for ISU like he did the NBA?
Or maybe Neb. feels the likelihood of Fred getting another chance at the NBA level is much smaller than a D-1 college program after his train wreck stint in Chicago.

Curious for those citing “sources” for their insider info: how many degrees of separation constitutes a reputable source?

How do you trust that you are not being played or that your sources sources source is being played?

Fred was the one who likely requested the lower bailout if he got an offer from the NBA. Not the other way around.
