this is a dumb take. He will have big 12 caliber players if he gets a few recruiting Cycles under his belt. I’m not a huge TJ guy but acting like his team should be loaded with big 12 Caliber players is dumb

Cmon. You’ve had season after season to be understanding. He’s out of excuses. At what point does he no longer get a pass?
Sure Prohm is in on a lot of good recruits, he was in on a lot of good transfers too and missed on all of them(besides the out of no where home run Hinson). Also it’s common for a new coach to reach out to current targets/commits if he wants them, it’s also normal to pull the offer if he wants better talent or better fit.
I get where you’re coming from. I like Steve. But there’s just no hope right now. We’re at the point where the only way there will be any is if there’s a new coach
i just hope for the team’s sake, they can figure out how to win a some games. It’ll really piss off a lot of people on here. That will make this place really interesting

If there are others maybe they did what I did and that was just be quiet. But how many threads do the fire coach crowd need? I'd like to come to a recruiting thread, and I don't know, maybe read about recruiting. I just got fed up and decided to speak out.
"Why" because IaState is never going to replace a one and done with another. If you stop and think what this roster could have it would be amazing. For example, Ayo and Talen were the 2 best players in Illinois the same year, this year Ayo could win NPOY. Strange to say recruiting success is why we are in the position we are in.
You are missing the point, it has nothing to do with TJ!!!!
Someone simply stated that he could bring some transfers with him from UNLV, to which I replied the current crop of players at UNLV are not Big 12 caliber and I would not want them to transfer to ISU.
The only kid I would want is the PG from Arizona, that TJ recruited, which would replace the PG that will probably want out after Steve is gone.

I'm done with this thread, too many using dumb emoji which are strictly for HoKKKs trolls. A disagree emoji would have been the right choice.
Unfortunately, that’s not what this place is. Fortunately, it’s a small percentage of the fanbase
Keep posting 2022 recruiting news. That way I don’t have to look elsewhere for recruiting information. Players like Seth Trimble could easily be recruited by the next staff if it’s someone like TJ.
I mean, you would have a point if he had been successful Talen’s year. Unfortunately he completely failed with that team, which was full of NBA talent.
Not to mention he also totally underachieved with Fred’s players. The guy has barely had a sniff of success in his time here. It’s time to try something else.
I’d take Bryce Hamilton in a heartbeat. He might be better than Bolton.
I’m with you, but with fans like all these guys poisoning the recruiting well with their complaints, they will likely sink our chances.
