$20 that rough doesn't make it to Thursday. The pampered players complaints will be many and often.

I think Morikawa would be a good bet this week. He’s the highest up there in Fairway % out of the big names (Webb Simpson if you think he’s a big name is also up there). Below Morikawa the plays would probably be Jon Rahm, Justin Rose and Gary Woodland if looking for guys that stay in the fairway.

all that said Dustin Johnson is going to win.

I bet they don't touch the rough, the good players want it that way even if it blows them up.

Given all the ******** already, I'll take DJ, Tiger and Fleetwood. DJ is the best on the planet, Fleetwood is rounding back into form and can remain steady, and Tiger doesn't ***** about setups.

Pretty good watch here. Barstool Sports did about a 25 minute video showing/following the maintenance crew prepare for the US Open at Winged Foot:

I think DJ is gonna be a little fatigued after cashing in on $15 MM and back rubs from Paulina. So, I'll go with these picks:

+ hot: Rahm / Morikawa / JT.
+ contender: Rory / Webb / Brooks
+ dark horse: Xander / DeChamb / P Reed.
