Next year we have

Prohm as head coach
Lard stays
Wiggs Stays
THT stays
Add Nixon
Add three incoming recruits
George finds the weight room

We add a grad transfer. I want some positives. Sick of seeing the negatives that everyone is leaving including our coach. I think everyone stays except maybe Zion or Lewis. Which would suck but we could add someone more ready to step in.

If all those guys stay I would rather us find a sit out transfer.

No Solomon Young mention? Fail.

A healthy Solomon Young might be the most important piece for this team.

I was thinking of this over the weekend. His consistent presence in the middle and on the boards could be critical for ISU being a good versus great team next year.

I totally agree with that. I love sit out transfers. Especially when they have two years to play
Yeah and if guys like THT and Wiggs return then we won't be a very desired grad transfer spot. I think it is nice to have a guy or two sitting out every year. Gives them a year to learn and assimilate to the program and means less guys that are wanting minutes.

If all this happens, there will still be people on here ******** about something. And I agree with you, it gets old hearing it.

That round mound of elbow throwing from Ohio State would have been broken in half by SY if he was playing.
Completely agree. While watching that game I thought to myself "that idiot would not be able to back into Solomon like that". I even remembered a few games in the past where offensive players tried backing up Solomon, only to give up and kick the ball back out to their guards.

I agree with this but I would be okay with THT leaving. He is a confident guy, no doubt, but I think he is too inconsistent and does not always play within his role. It seemed like he wanted to be the guy too much. I am not going to go overboard on that as he was just a freshman but when we were bad it was because of hero ball.

Whether THT or Wiggs stays or goes, I hope we just have a suspension and injury free off season and next season. Everything other than that is gravy to me.

He certainly would have been nice to have down low Friday night. I think having some continuity in the rotation will do wonders as well. Hoping that Zion's lack of PT was due to his injuries early and he will be able to crack the rotation next year. His size and range would be a great fit next to lard/jacobson/conditt and next year young. There isn't anyone on the roster I would hope transfers out.

I think the only one the NBA would want is THT and that would probably be a 2nd round pick. Wiggs fell back some this year. I think all this happening could actually happen BTW.

Really hope both Zion and Lewis stay and make a big jump next year. We desperately need a wing who can give us more size and rebounding.
