Not sure what to think.... it will be something where the funk continues and ISU's down 20-6 to start and then get it to like 4 with 2 minutes left only to lose by 10, or just really close throughout and similar to the first time where it comes town to a shot or two.

Well KU won, I think Texas beats KSU...

I like ISU's chances on Saturday, why, because everyone pisses down their leg and KU always wins the title.

KSU will lose 2 in a row, KU, Tech or Baylor, KSU, and ISU will be all tied at the top come next Sunday

Yeah, I agree and was thinking 4-5 losses could be a share of the title. If KSU beats us this Sat, they got @KU + BAY + @TCU. Seems like they could be set up for 4-5 losses. Our game Sat is crucial more so for KSU & KU

Too close to call. I think it'll be a back and forth slog. Head says K State, heart says ISU.

I'll go with ISU 64 KSU 60. Can't pick against my guys.

I think it really boils down to patience and shot selection. When teams slow the game down on us we have a habit of trying to play too fast on the offensive end to make up for it. If we take our team and create quality looks I really like our chances. If we go down and force things on the offensive end there won't be enough possessions in the game for us to dig out of a hole. I have the same feeling I had going down to Tech and I think we get a huge bounce back W. Cyclones 71 Bruce's stupid face 67.

ISU is more talented and better coached plus should be pissed off from last weekend. I'll got 71-67 clones

Not saying we can't or won't win, but......"more talented"??? ....we had nobody who could stop Barry Brown last time, Diarra & Sneed as athletic as anyone we have, and Dean Wade is a tough matchup for most teams in the conference.

Not dissing on you, as everyone has a right to their opinion, but I guess I just think too many people 'claim' we have so much more talent than other teams. I'm not buying it. Aren't we talking depth-wise and versatile? Love our players. But take TCU for example,.. Davis extremely quick ripped us a new one, Andersen/Bane a pain in our side, and Noi is almost Durant like. And they are 5-6 in this conference! The only teams I think we have more talent than is OU, OSU, and WV and talent (depth-wise) maybe Baylor. KU's Dedric Lawson and Dotson are so good they elevate the contributions of their teammates. Seems like as Shayok has struggled or been focused on by last few opponents, the supporting cast hasn't always been able to pull us through.

I would agree with you that we should be pissed off from last weekend. And I think win or lose, hopefully our ball-screen defense improvement and overall effectiveness offensively, that this KState game will tell us a lot.

We have the most talented roster in the league and I'm not sure anyone would even debate that

Just posted in the on to KSU tread, this will impact losing Diarra game, big blow for the rest of the season too.

@jeffborzello Kansas State guard Cartier Diarra is out indefiniitely after suffering a hand injury that will require surgery, per the school.

Okay, I suppose 'on paper' you are right. Its okay tho to agree to disagree. Like I said, I still love our guys, but we may differ on what the word 'talent' means. I think most everyone thinks that because we have two athletic players in LW and Lard as our 6th and 7th guys off the bench. But somewhere talent has to include both offensive and defensive effectiveness and consistency, doesn't it? We haven't always got that consistent contribution/numbers from LW and Lard on both ends (KU and TCU games for example) and our freshmen have struggled in some areas at times compared to other team's starting freshmen. But, yeah, I guess we have more guys on the mock draft lists maybe, idk.
Just to be clear, I also think we have LOTS of talent, but as a big12 follower I always feel the other teams roll a lot of talent, too.

We're a great offensive and defensive team. Nobody is going to play great every night
