Don't really like the rule that offenses have to run their subs in early enough to let the defenses sub. If the defense is showing one thing, I feel like the offense should have a chance to change their personnel package.

I haven't seen a single team struggle with personnel changes and snapping the ball on time as much as ISU this year.

That's an ISU problem.
