Watching the Bears game

Wife: This is great! Bears are kicking ass
Me: They will lose by 1
Wife: You are so negative about the Bears
Me: I've been watching Bears games longer than you've been alive

Fast forward....

Wife: I'm sorry. You were right

1. Wife admitted I was right
2. She learned a hard lesson tonight
3. I'm throwing everything Chicago related into a box and burying it in a dark corner of the garage

That was a helluva game last night. Bears gonna Bears. I wonder how bad the injury actually is. Hopefully nothing too bad, because even though I'm a Vikings fan, seeing Rodgers hurt back to back years would suck.

Week 2: The South won’t be the only place Cousins get ******
The Vikings looked a whole lot better than the Bears did. Speaks volumes about Deshone Kizer when you would rather have a one legged Rodgers out there. Even if Rodgers plays I would be surprised if the Packers can keep it within 1 TD. They are not good.

Apparently Matt Patricia is a huge proponent of the Bret Bielema diet plan. Dude looks like he could go 4 bills easy.

MNF blows.

It certainly does now. It used to be best, though. Sunday night is the king for NFL football. Production, announcing (even though Chris Collinsworth can be a bit much sometimes), is all great, and can turn a game like tonight into one I would watch.
