Not a fan of restricting a kid to go where ever he wants. Thought Campbell was trying to help him out here. These restrictions say otherwise.
Remember when Ferentz blackballed DJK when NFL teams were considering drafting him? Yikes, not a good way to treat the schools best WR.

I supported Rudock's decision to go to Michigan and would support a player's decision to go to ISU. I don't believe in restrictions in any case that I can think of.

That's not really the same since you didn't play Michigan that year. I'm sure Kirk would have thought differently as well.

No proof of that ever happening.

And I hardly doubt a college coach could tell 32 teams to not take DJK if the talent was there. If DJK was good enough he would have made an NFL team no matter what KF said or didn't say about him. League is littered with guys with baggage and teams aren't afraid to take chances on guys.

And if KF would have restricted Rudock's release, then I wouldn't have supported that decision.

You just seem awfully concerned about Campbell helping Park, when it was pretty obvious Kirk didn't help DJK.

Park can go anywhere as long as we don't have to face him

Not exactly sure.
Jewell Hampton was actually pretty good, got injured in 2009 and again in 2010....ended up transferring to Southern Illinois....spent 3 years with the 49er's, primarily on the practice squad.

How come he didn't transfer to a larger school? If he was solid you think he would have had interest.
