I'm surprised Jamie wasn't captured.
Bye-bye Dickon and Dickon's daddy. Should have bent the knee fellas.
The way Jon was petting that dragon, he's a Targ.
Gilly uncovered (though Sam wasnt listening when she said it) that Arys Targ marriage was annulled and he was wed to another. To me this means he married Ned's sister, therefore Jon Snow isn't a bastard.
Capturing an undead and bringing it to Cersi? That's their plan? The scenes where everyone is discussing this in Dragon Stone fell a bit flat.
Gendry is back and looks old af, but a badass with the hammer, just like his daddy.
It was such a stretch that Tyrion went to Kings Landing to meet with Jamie. That's some insanely high-risk behavior.
Cersi pregnant? Maggie the frog never said she'd have more that 3 kids, right? So this baby won't be making it. Also, did I hear her right? She's going to meet with Danny? There's going to be some fireworks and eventual deception there for sure.
Arya sneaking on Little Finger was perfect. The raven scroll talks about the dagger? Someone needs to take LF out and I think it will happen in two episodes (last episode of the season).
Sam finally decides to become the man he knows he can be and figure out how to beat the army of the dead. Very cool, but they'll be looking for him for sure.
The GoT dream team gets assembled. Holy crap, there's some epic fighters in that group. Next week is going to make our hearts race. Look for a Barric and Theros to bite the dust.
Overall. Stuff is happening at a blazing (sorry Dickon) speed, which I'm still getting used to, but appreciate this awesome story feeling like it's coming to a head. An insane concept to even ponder.
I don't think that the scroll Arya read was about the dagger. I think it was when Sansa ratted out Ned to Cersei - and that LF was trying to stir up crap between Sansa and Arya by letting Arya know that Sansa essentially got Ned killed. It talked about Robert getting killed on a boarhunt and then plotting to overthrow the Lannisters, from what we could see.
The pregnancy sort of kills Jaime's redemption, unless it's all a ploy and he finds out.
The group watching out into the North, while a big group of idiots, were amazing. I also think that Beric and Thoros don't make it back, but the others do. Jorah has to be the one to tell Dany what he saw and make her believe it, she'll believe anything he says. But I do think he dies by the end of the series - there's no way he lives unrequited for Dany and watches her (presumably) marry Jon and live into old age.
