Bad day for the Steven can coach crowd.

You know what's ironic on this thread, is the ones you guys are ripping probably enjoy winning more than the "I told you so" guys who take a more level headed approach.

Some of us don't like losing and will criticize where we see fit, doesn't make us any less of a fan, in fact we are probably bigger fans.

Mad that an old thread was brought up where **** was talked, and, as the season played out, was proved the poster had no clue what they were talking about; continues to post in said thread like a redneck on top of a water tower with a can of paint trying to defend their sister's honor.

Criticize away, we all do. But this clearly wasn't a coaching-only problem like so many previous posters though. It takes awhile to work out a rotation that works, and Prohm may have found the most efficient rotation I've seen at ISU in years

Nobody cares that you had a blip of faith because of your overall body of work on this site and you take your big boy medicine on your own when it's time to do so. Others, well, need to be held down like whiny children while we pour the medicine down their throats.

These are two of the most pompous posts in the history of cf. You need help off that high horse?

Nope - I'm enjoying my ride on this high horse right now. You get rewarded with rides on high horses when you don't post **** on the internet - where nothing is EVER forgotten - before a season is finished playing out. This coming from someone that has had to walk while looking up at people riding on high horses in the past.

Will you leave now? Like not just say it, but actually do it? We're dancing, you're doing that other tournament thing. Go home.

Awe, poor baby doesn't like when other fans aren't sunshine pumpers when we are struggling.

And no, I'm not going away anytime soon. If you don't like it ignore me like I've done for you.

It's a bit stupid to bring this up after just winning the Big 12 tournament. But it's just as stupid for the posters that are being called out to come in and continue to post and complain.

Some of you need to take your own advice. Celebrate the win. Mods should just close this. We are a better fan base than this.

I'll eat crow when I'm wrong and admit it, I won't standby while it's shoved down my throat by a bunch of posters who obviously enjoy ripping fellow fans instead of enjoying a win.

I'm trying to make you a better, smarter, less tavernhok-like fan. Why won't you accept this gift?

Oh so you think it's fair that you get to come in here and spouting all kinds of non sense and cry and whine and not get it ran back when you get found out for being stupid? TAKE YOUR MEDICINE. elections have consequences.

This was probably one of the more complex yet funny posts on this board and thus won't get the credit it deserves.

So how much money did Prohm get paid today for bringing home new hardware? I forget the specifics of his contract.

He is worth every dollar of it and more. I'm 100% sold, he turned our 13-8 team of disappointing "basketball" confusion into Big 12 Champs. Our players have completely bought in, even our bench guys are happy to be there. Players have taken on new roles, changes in playing time, changes in style... and their cooperation and dedication to the system won each of them some swag and a piece of a Sprint Center hoop net.

While all of this ends with the players, it begins with Prohm and his staff... And they have earned their keep.

Do you use a "fan-o-meter" to determine level of ISU enthusiasm for Cyclone wins, or just exactly how is that measured?
