Based on some conversations in the past with a friend that works in the AD I'm not sure Moody should want a trial where coaches and former teammates may get the chance to air her dirty laundry. I got the feeling some of her teammates would love the opportunity for a public "airing of greviances" about her.

Love all of the specifics in your post - you know, to enhance your credibility...

I don't think former players should do anything honestly.

I dont blame them if they want to remain on the sidelines, but if they want to come out and shed light on things, im ok with hearing the good and the bad. If there's a problem, lets fix it, but if there's evidence to the contrary of Moody's claims (for instance, Chassidy Cole's comments) its good to hear those too.

Former players need to stand up now and support him or support Moody's accusations. We should be able get a good barometer one way or another by how many stand with BF or against him. Otherwise Moody better have some pretty good evidence to back up a claim like this, because if it isn't true then shame on her for dragging ISU and BF's names through the mud.
On the contrary, if I was a former player and supported Moody's charges, I still wouldn't open my mouth. Wouldn't want to burn my bridges.

Hmm. Strange way to indirectly avoid that last question.

Has Fennely responded yet? Is he at the university currently or is he out recruiting?

When did the word Thug become a racist term?

I use that word from time to time when dealing with kids that are trying to bully/intimidate another kid.

Mouth of the Midwest and Miller interviewed her (of course). To me, she sounded like she thinks she is "The Goodwife" (a terrible tv show in my opinion)

Good God, that just ups the amount of misinformation and negative spectulation 100 fold. The mouth can stir a pot like no other.

This. I know for a fact some players have already contacted her lawyer voicing support and confirmation of similar instances. However, like you stated, some aren't wanting to have their name out there.

I'm not saying you don't have people who are saying those things, and I'm not saying they are lying, but we have seen lots of people come out in support of him including one of the people named in the suit as a victim. No one has publicly come out in support of Moody in fact people have called her out including Kidd.

How many Non-white players has BF coached? And how many have supported him? They are ones whose voice should be heard in this matter. We know Stuckey, Kidd and Cole have publicly supported BF. Seanna's mother also questioned Moody's stance. Probably
that leaves Toccara Ross, Genesis Lightbourne and Fallon Ellis IIRC. BRynn's mom said that she had issue with BF's coaching style but I don't think she called BF a racist.
Regarding former players contacting moody's lawyer: are they supporting her that BF is allegedly racist or are they supporting her because of BF's coaching style that doesn't sit well with them?
The lawsuit is related to Alleged racism, not coaching style.

Wait so whats the actual lawsuit here? Emotional abuse? To me it just sounds like shes trying to sue him for being racist, which even if it turns out true, isn't a valid reason.

Because at the end of the day there was no discrimination beyond verbal altercations? She was a starter all 4 years, only got suspended for what like 4 games, and got drafted, doesn't seem like discrimination in anyway to me.

Key term in all of this is 'favorite'.
