Ive mentioned a few times that certain players were fed up with a couple that don't give it their all, haven't practiced hard, and just goof around. Well, they made it clear that was not going to be tolerated anymore and McKay didn't like the change.

Team is coming together stronger. McKay has been a thorn in the locker room all year and finally lashed out by saying he's done with it. He subsequently cooled down but the damage is done. Prohm gave the suspension for missed practice and team will decide if and when he is allowed to return.

I fully expect to see a more focused team effort tomorrow.

That matches what my source told me earlier this week, which was that the source didn't think Jameel was going to be on the team much longer. There was no way I was going to post that at the time though.

When CW, Gray and Jeremy started saying stuff about McKay is when I became concerned.

Probably got tired of seeing the an all america making 8 unforced turnovers and trying to catch his lob passes

Hoverboard at Hilton Madness is what first comes to mind.

Doug Gottlieb tweeted to Marcus earlier this year about a player who needed serious attitude adjustment.

Just an honest question.... is WRNL trustworthy and/or connected to more info than what Randy or Hines have? And if he was quitting, why would McKay tweet "1 game"?

Jameel man all your team and fans want is for you to be well and give it everything u got. It's really sad that a guy with his potential is just ******* it away over ego. Honestly it would not surprise me in the least if Prohm sat him on bench the rest of the season. Talk about the ultimate life lesson. I feel extraordinarily bad for Niang and Nader...can't believe we are sitting here 2 years in a row with this crap. Really sad.

The headline on CF is updated that he tweeted '1 Game'.

So we know he's not suspended from twitter.

Could be a make or break type of thing for ISU, but I thought CSP taking order after the Texas game was too.

Of course, that was the role of the Tech game last year. And the South Carolina game. KSU?

Maybe the UNI game this year. Or the Baylor game.

If it's something to do with attitude, good for Prohm and let's see if the group can move on.
