Who is your favorite movie villain?

I was watching Braveheart the other night for the first time in awhile and I forgot how well the king of England played his role (too lazy to look up who it is, but he played Longshanks). He always made me really hate him, and probably comes across as my favorite villain in the movies.

From an iconic character figurehead standpoint, Darth Vader stands alone really in my mind. From an individual performance standpoint, it is Heath Ledger as the Joker... enough said. Neither are really up for debate either.

Ledger's Joker is my favorite, but I agree, Anton Sigur was a terrifying villain. I think it was his calm demeanor that made him seem so sinister.
