Richardson's problem is consistency. For anywhere from 25-65% of a game, he plays well and has good throws. But for the rest of the game, he can't hit the broad side of a barn. I don't know if it is concentration, nerves, or what, but something clicks in and out for portions of every game.

Nope. The on the field refs would simply huddle up and **** it up. No need to bring incompetent replay guys into this when on the field refs can just do it themselves.
