aww, that's a shame... I'll miss him answering every caller question with "I don't disagree with you, but..." and then go right ahead and disagree with everything the caller said.
I don't listen to that show a whole lot, but heard a referral to that today. Why is he leaving? Another radio show?

I'm sure he's a smarter guy than his radio persona, but it would be nice if they got a new co-host for that show with an intelligent point-of-view that extend beyond "beer, porn, and sports sure are great, amigright guys?!"
I bet Ross Peterson. He's the producer now, but he's on air as much as the yahoos.
You are correct, sir. I have it on good authority that this is what's going to happen. Ross is ok for a Hok fan. He talks too much baseball for my tastes but he always seems to have put some thought into his opinions instead of just spewing verbal diarrhea like Travis and Tim.
I don't know, that beer spot they do with Bruno is maybe the most brutal 15 minutes of radio you can find on any given station any given week.
I listen to both KXNO.com afternoon shows pretty much any day there is interesting things going on for ISU hoops or football, outside of CF it's my #1 source of what's going on with ISU sports living out of state.
Listened to Cotlar twice then never again. Listened to "TNT" for less than one show, absolute worst radio I have ever heard in my life. It's hard to imagine a worse business decision than KXNO's morning programming outside of the brief stint with Jon Miller. I'm guessing a sizable # of their audience who have listened to their afternoon programming 1000s of times who don't ever tune in before 2pm.

My two main complaints are that they do the "dumb sports fan" schtick that just doesn't work for me and they have a ton of regular local guests that I have no interest in like the guy from the Iowa Speedway.
