What about white helmets though? Is the gold uni really why Colin Bevins transferred? Did Jeremiah George flee practice the other day after seeing the gold unis and that's why he's not in the videos? Would Jack Trice approve of the gold unis? Should I email Pollard or burn my tickets? So many unanswered questions.

CF would be so much more enjoyable if these horrible jokes weren't repeated and reinforced.

I don't understand why this color is called gold. It's yellow. The 49ers and Colorado wear gold. Iowa wears yellow.

I don't think he can dress because he is ineligible to play. A freshman redshirting is different. They dress because they are eligible and at any time they can play if you want them to.

You must be too young to remember Walden burning the redshirt on our back up Qb (Todd Doxson?) back in the day for one play or was it a series. I can't remember all the details as I'm getting older. I just remember it being a total waste and burning his redshirt.

Awful awful awful. They were disgusting in the game vs. Mizzou with the cardinal/red pants. Maybe they'd work with the white pants?

The gold uniforms would be great if our intention was to look like Big Bird. We can keep them around for special occasions but I would prefer a regular throwback to the Sesame Street look.

Totally agree- the best our team looked in YEARS. We could have the same look and just switch out the old logo for the new. We need to bring back gold (yellow) helmet shells. I'm on board with white as well. How expensive is it to have options??
