I got a Mediacom DVR today--Pace brand. And it won't start up for me. It goes through some things and the display stayes C99C. It won't turn on. Anyone have any ideas on what I could do? I set up my other one and it worked for a little while, but then I tried to switch it out for the bad one and now neither will work.
I've been a Mediacom supporter, but today they are testing me. I had an appointment to get two DVR's today. The guy brought me single tuner ones. I then went to the office and stood in line for an hour and traded them in. And now they won't work.
