Android App Out Today

It looks like the corrected file has been uploaded! Open up any thread in the app and click the refresh icon (circle arrows) in the upper right and it should go back to the way it was before.

I love the news, articles, and such but the forums and no social groups leave allot to be desired.

i kept getting the flashing walmart ad - it was so annoying it made the app useless. easier to just use the web version on my phone.

Always. We will be releasing a new version of the app soon with bug fixes for some Motorola Droid X users and a few other tweaks, but we are always looking for feedback to make the app as useful as possible.

Sorry - I didn't see this comment until now, but we have received this bug report via the "Report" feature and have a fix for it in testing now. We should release it early this week if testing goes well.

If this is still happening on the latest version of the app, let us know. We switched to a different ad provider in the latest version (0.9.10) that lets us selectively block ads so we can handle this sort of thing.

Id still say the ability to log in and see which threads have unread posts and the ability to click from the front of the forums to 'view first unread' is the biggest one'

Also, in landscape mode, the font size on the text in posts should be smaller.

Yes, this is what keeping me from using the app exclusively from my browser.

Yep, I like the app, but it's essentially useless without this feature.

I'm afraid we don't have an ETA to offer at this time. We know there are a lot of iphone users out there and want to make it available ASAP.
