Would it be acceptable to rush the field at an away game?
it was wrong for them to do it, it would be wrong for us to do it.Iowa tore down the goalposts at Minnesota so I would say their field is fair game.
It can happen. But don't expect people to be happy about it.
Iowa did rush the field in Kinnick North and tear down the goalpost, which was technically bad fanmanship, but after winning the conference, it isn't entirely surprising.
He was. My roomate made it on the field with several ISU fans and has great pics. I know they went after the goalposts, but I think he said they folded them down seconds after the game.I believe Mac was carried off the field in 2002.
Only if you are a complete idiot or have consumed semi-lethal amounts of alcohol.Would it be acceptable to rush the field at an away game?
Did they win it or tie for it that year?
No. Don't do it.
Only exception....winning a championship on a neutral field. i.e. - Winning the Big 12 title or a bowl game (especially a BCS bowl).
