Hey great win by the team. Good season so far. Always appreciate it when adversity reveals character. The yellow pants & Cyclones script got me thinking again. Again, kudos to all involved in AD & licensing for loosening the reigns a bit to allow more vintage stuff on uniforms. Secondary logos show confidence in the strong I-State branding and creates new opps to catch eyeballs.
On bluesky last week I saw a post by Homefield announcing their new retro jacket collection. There are 66 schools participating. Here's ISU:
See the large vintage stamp branding on the front? Eyeballing it, looks like it takes up about 10% of logo visual weight. Simply can't miss it. I looked at all other 65 jackets. The schools that only use a tiny barely visible TM or C mark are:
Bama, ASU, AZ, Ark, UA, Bay, Cal, Cin, Clemson, CU, Duke, UF, FSU, UGA, GT, ILL, UI, Iowa, KU, KSU, UK, Lou, LSU, MD, Miami, MSU, UM, MN, MSU, Miz, NCSU, Neb, UNC, NW, ND, OSU, OU, OSU, Miss, UO, OSU, PSU, Pitt, Pur, Rutgers, SCar, Syr, TCU, Ten, A&M, Tex, TT, Tulane, UCF, UCLA, UConn, USC, Utah, Vandy, VA, VT, UW, WSU, WVU, Wisc
Here are the schools that require a large licensing stamp:

Since there is absolutely positively nothing serious going on in the world at all, I'm begging ISU to please put the kibosh on vintage stamp requirements. This may be a minor thing, but I can't sleep at night. Thank you
