RECRUITING: Missouri DL commits to Iowa State over Washington, Texas A&M, Iowa

Iowa State earned a a commitment from a prospect with as unique of an offer sheet as anyone in the team’s 2023 recruiting class.

Missouri defensive lineman Trevor Buhr announced his commitment to the program on Thursday, picking Iowa State over Washington, Texas A&M, Kentucky, Nebraska and Iowa.

The 6-foot-4, 270-pound defensive lineman is the team’s fourth commit of his kind in the current recruiting class.

Buhr’s commitment brings the recruiting class to 16 players that are verbally committed to playing football at Iowa State.

It also jumps the class to No. 19 in the nation according to 247Sports.
