Iowa State wearing gray uniforms tonight vs. NIU

The Iowa State men’s basketball team already revamped their jersey’s for the 2017-18 season, but on Monday they’ll unveil another piece in their arsenal.

The Cyclones will sport gray and white uniforms for their home game against Northern Illinois Monday night at Hilton Coliseum on ESPNU.

The Iowa State women have worn gray uniforms previously, but if my memory serves me correctly this will be the first time in recent years for the men. They will wear them on a night when it has been nine days since their last competition and with a national TV audience watching.

Iowa State and Northern Illinois will tip at 8 p.m. central time.
