The final AP Top 25 and USA TODAY Coaches Polls were released on Monday afternoon. After a three-game streak that ended with a Big 12 Tournament championship, the Cyclones finished the regular season ranked ninth in both polls.
Elsewhere, CBSSports.com’s Gary Parrish had Iowa State ranked sixth in his final poll.
The Cyclones ended the regular season ranked seventh in the RPI and 12th in ESPN’s BPI.
