I have some good news to report to Cyclone fans this evening.

In Paul Rhoads’ weekly Big 12 teleconference, he gave about as positive of news as he could about the injuries to Alexander Robinson and Austen Arnaud.

Rhoads on Arnaud’s hand…

Yeah, he’s fine. We rested him yesterday. We’re off on Mondays and practice lightly on Sundays. We thought that 48 hours, Sunday and Monday would be good to completely get the swelling out of there I expect him to be lined up and ready to go tomorrow.

On Robinson’s groin…

We believe that he’ll play and his condition update will come later in the week as it has the past four weeks or three weeks, whatever it has been. Since the Army game, he has been pretty much quiet Sunday, Monday and Tuesday as we rest him and rehab him. We get him back on the field to practice Wednesday and Thursday and see where he is at that point. Right now, its status quo and he is in rest mode.
