Re: Melvin's done gone blown up!!

Rapture? Good one...That was an unbelievable performance. I was hoping for 2 more rebounds to get 40/20, or maybe even 50/20..But damn! That was a man among boys..reminded me of the Fizer days....And it was not like he was out there during junk time either. We were not up by over 20 points or rubbing it in. We needed those points by Ejim just to maintain control of the game.

If Ejim gets Big 12 Player of the week, would that set a record for the number of awards for one team in a season? I think I remember when ISU players running it off week by week, it was said we would need one more award to set the record.

Anyone one know Kane's rebound and assists number? He had a bad shooting night.

Kane had close to 10 assists, I think. Niang had double figures (11 maybe?). The only other guy to crack 10 points.

Most dominant, single-game, individual performance I have ever seen.

A week or two I said on these pages that throughout his career Ejim has played much better in the second half of the season. And I predicted that we would be seeing even more out of Ejim in the coming weeks. I was right on on that.

70 points and 31 rebounds in the last two games. I'm going to guess he's going to be Big 12 POW.

Not to take anything away from ME's performance, like I even could, but just curious.

In the future years and decades, how many current students who stayed home today, will claim they were there?

Just goes to show, GO TO ALL THE GAMES, STUDENTS!

Yes, I was yelling.

weeknight games school is a good excuse if you have projects or tests. Sat afternoon if you don't go to hoiball don't buy a student ticket

Haha click the link, go to the page, and the first post I see is "We can beat this team in Ft Worth." AAAAHAHAHAHA

Nothing funny about it. Outside of Ejim we did not look good offensively. Most of that was because of TCU. Anyone can beat anyone on any given night although right now I am very concerned about WVU.
