Iowa State played its best basketball of the season, jumped out to a 20 point lead and looked like it was on its way to a rare Big 12 rout over Kansas State on Tuesday.
Then the second half happened. The Wildcats stormed back and eventually took the lead but the Cyclones prevailed 70-65.
