Just discovered Udio, an AI music generator. Free to play with, can sign in with your Google account.

Now, I'm a cheap a$$, so won't spend any money to generate an entire song (assuming that's how it goes), but you Gotrocks, have at it.

Can’t help but wonder what modern acts/producers may be using this technology to create a bunch of soulless garbage.

Sampling has been around for quite a while, now. This seems to be just the next step.

Sorta makes you wonder if some of the more prolific songwriters aren't using something like this to crank out a new song every other day.

Meh, most of the music industry is that way. Song writers, back tracks for live performances, auto tuning, lip syncing, midi boards to replace session musicians, etc.
