Yankee Bowl

Sounds like plans for the Big East and the Big 12 are close to being done. The Big East would send their 3rd or 4th selection and the Big 12 would send their 7th choice.

So ISU could possibly play in the Big Apple, who would actually go and freeze their ***** off to watch this?

New York City would be a pretty cool place to go for a bowl game, even if it would be freezing.

Just our luck. If we make a bowl game next year we'll get sent off to New York. Then we'll get labeled as a bad traveling fanbase because no one wants to freeze their tails off watching a bowl game.

The weather in New York couldn't be that much colder than it is here. The only Problem with the bowl is the price of New York City.

Manhatten around Christmas time is awesome...I imagine the game would be around then. I would definitely love to go.

I've always wanted to take the wife to NYC in early december before xmas to do some shopping...this just might be the reason I've been looking for.
