WWE WrestleMania 32/NXT TakeOver: Dallas (2016) Thread

Since the original story was not spoiler hidden by jdoggivjc, this won't be either.

From PWInsider (paraphrasing):

The plan was to introduce the new WWE Womens Championship/Belt in the near future, perhaps as soon as Monday night. However, both champions (WWE World Heavyweight and WWE Womens/Divas Champions) are scheduled to be on the Today Show on Monday morning, that transition may occur tonight.

I saw somewhere that the thinking is that a former WWE Womens Champion would be the one to make the presentation of the new title belt. Some speculation on LIta, who of course now works for WWE. I did have a thought; Alundra Blayze/Medusa is in Dallas, and did have that small Twitter feud with Paige last year. Thinking about that more , two strikes against it: (1) different belt, and (2) as social media savvy as WWE claims to be, I don't think that would register with them.

Doc Gallows was spotted in the Atlanta airport. Gallows is Dallas bound; both Gallows and Karl Anderson are scheduled to be at WWE TV this week. As always, that does not mean they will be used, just backstage.

Not that I've seen or heard any rumors about Trish being in Dallas this weekend. Just saying it would be kind of cool if it were both Lita and Trish

It's looking like I'm going to have to post on CF on my phone tonight during Mania because it turns out CF eats up ungodly amounts of bandwidth (probably all of those ads), but with my unlimited phone data it's not a big deal. I closed CF on my browser and suddenly my Network stream is behaving.

Brie gets her WrestleMania moment. And actually it was a hell of a Yes!!! Lock. But the inclusion of a heel Eva Marie in a face Total Divas team will always remain a mystery. And, as much as we dislike Nikki, it was nice to see her celebrate in the ring post-match.
