WVU could make $1.2M on football game beer sales - BusinessWeek

WVU was projected to make 500k to 1.2 million last year in beer sales. That is a giant chunk of change.

You also have to keep kin mind that prior to last year WVU was one of the last schools to issue "Pass-Outs" where you could go BACK to your tailgate, re-intensify your stupor and go BACK IN TO THE GAME all nice and lathered up...that turjned out real bad when we were losing or lost...so you get waxed pre-game, get hosed $10 a clip during the game to keep it going, and then return to your car/tailgate, **** in an empty can, start drinking again and talk about that dump you have been capping for four hours....

I always wondered why ISU and Hickory Park didn't have some kind of partnership to have food catered into basketball/football games. It would be easy for both parties and they could both make a killing off of it at a concession stand on both sides of JTS and Hilton.

This would be awesome!
