Though not in Cincinnati, it occurred not far away in Cleveland.

I have never heard of this unbelievable, darkly humorous, mishap. Guinness Record denied it as a record as too dangerous and it had international repercussions (Canada was not happy with Cleveland).

Cleveland was pushing this event to make the city a "happening town" and it turned into making them look anything but a big mess.

Idiots have no clue what the ecological impact stunts like these cause. I wish the EPA would fine Nebraska $1M for every home football game.
