Wonder how long he's had it.

Also the 3 games deal is another **** up by the B1G since the kid could test negative all of next week and never feel a thing. I can see two games/weeks.

I'll be REAL curious to see what they do if Justin Fields or someone is positive.

Yep, and doesnt the CDC say like 10-14 days? B1G rule seems too long.

Frankly, it is better to be safe. CDC says 10-14 of self isolation after symptoms are gone. They don't address playing a high impact sport.

I heard on the sports that the B1G was having daily testing.

no, it’s 10 days from onset of symptoms and then also being symptom free for 3 days (with no medications to cut the symptoms).

May have to petition for the SEC rule. Worked for Saban.
Saban's was a false positive. He tested negative 5 days in a row after the "positive". It does bring up a question about the testing, especially after the NFL has experienced many false positive tests that were found to be negative a day or two later. It's good they are re-testing to back-up the original test result. There is no reason not to.

They're still doing a PCR test as this result was antigen.

Think he has to miss 21 days with the B1G's guidelines, right? Big time ouch there.
You are going to see some major politics to keep him active. Wisconsin is a potential playoff team with him. Missing 21 days would mean him not playing against Michigan, Nebraska, and Minnesota. Lose to one of those teams you may miss out on playoffs the go on to knock off Ohio State in the Big Ten Championship and once again the Big Ten isn't represented.
