I still think you guys win. You’ve looked really good even without the guys you’re missing. THT is a stud and I’m not sure who on Iowa can stop him. Plus that’s a brutal 3 game stretch where we play Wisconsin and at Michigan State first. I’m still not sold on the improved defense so this upcoming stretch will tell us a lot.
The one wild card and potential positive for Iowa is that your freshmen, as good as they are, haven’t played in a hostile road environment yet and you never know how that will affect a player.

I think the key will be in how we attack your defense. If we move the ball to the right spots and take the right shots, I think we'll win. If we let it frustrate us into forcing shots, we probably won't.

Honestly I feel getting Lard back against Iowa is more important than Wigginton for that game.
Why is everyone so scared of Iowa? They beat a very overrated Oregon team and that's it.

The hostile environment thing was funny as hell. The Morgue is not hostile. It actually is so quiet that it sometimes throws teams off. They are used to people getting all loud and stuff. No team is used to playing with everyone sitting on there hands. It's quite the unique advantage.
Why the heck is Iowa playing two conference games already? I saw that on ESPN earlier and thought it was really strange.
Last year the big 10 started playing a couple Big 10 games per team in late Nov to early Dec. I like it really and hope the Big 12 does it. Gets rid of the conference games that occur during students break.

They've all been to pizza restaurants before. I don't see what's so much harder to overcome in Iowa City.
I think it was the same thing last year. They have to wrap up their season a week earlier so that they can have MSG for their conference tourney (since the Big East has it reserved for their tournament during championship week).
