Why have the Google ads turned to lawyers?

I used to see ads for ringtones and clothes now I get ads for lawyers. I assume that they are keying off the word "arrest".

I didn't know whether to post this under football or basketball.

Why does it really matter? I have a feeling these threads are going to be even more annoying than the "who EIU is looking at now" threads last month.... ::sigh::

I'm thinking that a lot of our current and former players could use these ads. "Defend your case with a skilled Iowa State dui lawyer!"

I'm not sure the exclamation point is entirely necessary, having to defend yourself for drunk driving is not something to get excited about.

Looks like the ads may be a good barometer of how Clone sports are doing.

Let's hope not...right now at the bottom, there is a flippin' add for Iowa Hawkeye merchandise. Does that indicate that thei is too much Squawk talk on this board???

People are straying from the straight and narrow path... we must have an inquisition to purge the unbelievers from our good and wholesome society!

Ok so I think I should go back to bed
